3. Court Bookings
All court bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings may be made through Playtomic, our website, or other approved booking channels.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all players using the booking comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Court sessions begin and end at the times stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Coaching Sessions, Social Events and Tournaments
Coaching sessions, social events and tournaments are subject to availability and minimum participant numbers.
Heart of Padel reserves the right to amend schedules, coaches, formats or event details where necessary.
Participants must follow the instructions of coaches and event organisers at all times.

5. Memberships
Any membership products offered by Heart of Padel are subject to their individual membership terms.
Membership benefits, pricing and availability may be amended at our discretion.

6. Health & Safety
Players participate at their own risk.
Users must ensure they are physically capable of participating in sporting activities.
Appropriate sports clothing and footwear must be worn.
Any damage caused through misuse of equipment or facilities may result in charges being applied.
Heart of Padel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour may endanger others or negatively impact the experience of other customers.

7. Food & Beverage
Food and beverages purchased on-site may only be consumed in designated areas.
Customers must inform staff of any allergies before purchasing food or drink.
While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens.

8. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.
Love Padel Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

9. Website Use
Information on our website is provided for general information purposes only.
We reserve the right to amend website content, pricing, opening hours and services without notice.

10. Photography & Marketing
Photographs, videos and AI-generated match footage may be captured at the venue for operational, coaching, security and promotional purposes.
By attending the venue, customers acknowledge that they may appear in such content.
Anyone wishing to opt out of promotional photography should notify staff.

11. Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, Love Padel Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
