This Refund Policy applies to all bookings and purchases made with Heart of Padel, a trading name of Love Padel Ltd.
Court Bookings
Court bookings may be cancelled and refunded in full provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
Customers can manage their bookings through the booking platform used to make the reservation or by contacting Heart of Padel directly.
Club Cancellations
If Heart of Padel is required to cancel a booking, customers will be offered either:

A full refund; or
-
An alternative booking time, subject to availability.
Events, Coaching Sessions and Other Activities
Any specific cancellation or refund terms applicable to coaching sessions, tournaments, social events, memberships or special events will be communicated at the time of booking and may differ from standard court booking terms.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
