How to Book | Heart of Padel

Open the App Store/Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for ‘Playtomic’ app.

Click the App Buttons to open the App Store / Google Play

You can Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook if you already have an account otherwise you’ll need to sign up with an email and phone number.

Verify your email once the account is set up; you will get a verification email which you will need to click.

Search for ‘Heart of Padel' and make your booking!

Open your booking details screen
Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner
Select "See booking or cancel"
Confirm the cancellation on the next screen

In the event that your reservation is outside the Club's cancellation policy, (normally 24 hrs) we regret to inform you that it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation.

Please be reminded that in this situation, Playtomic will not be able to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
